Make the messy
work better.

I turn scattered business processes into clearer systems, practical automation, and human-centered AI workflows. I know what operational friction feels like because I spent years doing the work before I started building the software.

Messy inbox in. Real work out.

Python Streamlit SQLite LLM API

Customer messages arrive unstructured — different wording, tone, and detail every time. Someone has to read each one, work out what the customer needs, judge how urgent it is, and decide what happens next, before any real work starts.

This tool does that first pass: it sorts the message, ranks its urgency, routes it to a department, and drafts a reply — then hands the whole thing to a person for a yes or no.

  • The AI drafts, a human decides. Every field is editable and nothing is final until someone approves it. The model is explicitly barred from promising refunds, replacements, or delivery dates — those are business decisions, not classification tasks.
  • Model output is never trusted directly. A validation layer checks every field against approved values before anything is stored, so an unexpected response becomes a safe default rather than a bad record.
  • The AI provider is configuration, not code. Swapping the underlying model is an environment variable, not a rewrite.

Raydar

Turn market noise into product decisions.

Next.js TypeScript Recharts AI-Assisted Scoring Human-in-the-Loop

Built for my own digital-design business, where the constraint was never a shortage of market signals — it was turning scattered trend, competitor, and performance evidence into one consistent decision about what deserved production time. Raydar is a decision system, not a trend dashboard: it structures evidence, scores it against eight weighted dimensions (demand, trend momentum, repeatability, customization, product fit, competition gap, confidence, and a saturation penalty), and carries an approved opportunity through research, launch, and performance review.

The public demo you can click into runs the same interface and product logic on synthetic, anonymized data — it does not expose the real evidence, sources, or business data behind my actual shop, which stay in a private operating environment.

  • Code calculates. Scoring is deterministic logic, not an LLM guess — reproducible and explainable, every time.
  • AI interprets. The model's job is summarizing evidence and surfacing patterns at the interpretation layer — never the final vote.
  • I decide. The system organizes, compares, and recommends; the call on what's worth building stays a human judgment.
